Catesa operates the Arotz brand, used for the
production, processing and marketing of delicacies fresh, tinned
and frozen, both wild and cultivated, including chestnuts, black
truffles (Tuber Melanosporum), mushrooms, raspberries and, berries.
It has the largest natural truffle farm in the world, in the
province of Soria, with an area of 600 hectares.
Arotz distributes its products on the principal national and
international markets and has customers in France, Switzerland
and Italy, among other countries.
